After fermenting the wine to dryness, we aged this 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon in 100% French oak barrels (65% new) sourced from the French cooperage Marques Berger Orion Redmond. This Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep, dark red exuding rich, concentrated flavors of blackberries and blueberries along with hints of earthy undergrowth. The wine has that unmistakable character known as “Rutherford dust,” and its powerful tannins lead to a long-reaching finish.
