The label on this 97-proof whiskey gives a nod to the original cartouche on the Jack Daniel's age stated bottles from a century ago.

Appearance: Rich deep amber, like looking through burnt sugar glass.

Nose: Banana and stewed figs mix pleasantly with oak, balanced and not overwhelming.

Palate: Classic banana flavor blends with raisins and a caramel soda flavor reminiscent of Mexican coke. Notes of warm butterscotch and soft fruit.

Incredibly long finish with sweet tobacco and spice.
